We design and remotely print a part-specific poka-yoke fixture that seats your part the same way every time — repeatable setup with no dedicated tooling spend.

Live Proveout

We run the program on your actual machine and parts while you watch the screen share. You see every touch, every result, and sign off knowing it works.

GD&T & Print Analysis

We translate datum schemes, true position, profile, and runout callouts into correct measurement strategy — flagging ambiguous prints before they cost you.

Every part gets a fixture designed for it — not a generic clamp. We model the holder around your geometry and print it remotely, so your part seats the same way every single run.

Design a custom fixture

Your programmer designs a part-specific 3D-printed fixture to hold the part repeatably on your CMM — no generic clamping, no guesswork.

Print it remotely

We log into a Bambu Lab printer and print both the fixture and a model of the part — so everything's ready before proveout.

You drop it on the CMM

Pull the finished fixture off the printer and set it on your CMM as a poka-yoke fixture — it only seats one way, so setup is foolproof.

Live proveout on your CMM

Your programmer remotes in and proves out the program on your actual machine and parts while your team watches it run.

Documented & saved

You get a setup sheet, a customized PC-DMIS report, a thermal/heat check, and the finished program saved right onto your computer.
